Quality in industrial supply cannot depend on a single inspection at the end of the process. It has to be embedded into every step, from selecting the right manufacturer to the moment a product reaches your site. At Indus Trading Co., we have built independent systems across sourcing, engineering, quality control, and warehousing, each designed to catch errors before they happen, not after. This is what allows us to confidently supply critical industries such as oil & gas, power, and petrochemical, where a single below-standard component can compromise an entire system.

Every shipment is accompanied by complete manufacturer documentation, including mill test certificates, material test reports, and compliance certificates, which are verified upon arrival.

Imported goods are inspected immediately upon arrival for any transit damage, packaging integrity, and physical condition before being accepted into inventory.

Each item is checked against the original purchase order and manufacturer specification to confirm that the correct material, size, grade, and standard has been received.

Only after this verification is complete does the product move into our warehouse system for storage.

Before any product reaches the client, it passes through review by our team of qualified engineers who hold deep expertise in ASTM and ASME international standards. This ensures that what we supply is not only what was ordered, but exactly what the project requires from a technical standpoint.

Our engineers work closely with clients during the ordering process to confirm specifications, material grades, and standards, reducing the risk of mismatched or incorrect supply before an order is even placed.

At the core of our quality system is a dedicated QA/QC department that operates completely independently from our sales and commercial functions. This independence is intentional, it means no product is cleared for delivery based on commercial pressure or deadlines. It is cleared only when it meets the required standard.

Every product undergoes visual and dimensional inspection against the required specification before it is approved for dispatch.

Material certificates and test reports are cross-checked against physical stock to confirm authenticity and accuracy.

Products that do not meet the required standard are immediately flagged, quarantined, and excluded from dispatch.

Our QA/QC team maintains complete documentation and traceability records for every batch of inventory, supporting smooth third-party inspections when required.

We welcome and fully support third-party inspections, whether requested by the client or carried out by an independent inspection agency of the client's choice, at any stage of the order before dispatch.
